Invalidate Cachesでキャッシュ削除・ライブラリ同期

react-nativeのライブラリを追加していると以下のエラーに遭遇。

Unsupported Modules Detected: Compilation is not supported for following
modules: react-native-screens, react-native-safe-area-context.
Unfortunately you can’t have non-Gradle Java modules and Android-Gradle modules in one project.

npmで新たにインストールしたライブラリがandroidStudioに同期

されていなかったため。

file->Invalidate Cachesをクリックしてnvalidate and Restartをクリックして

android studioを再起動。で解決
